2016 TVNZ NZ Marketing Awards Finalists Announced, Who Will Be Victorious on Awards Night!
A record number of entries were received after marketers were invited back in April to tell their tales and submit their best marketing initiatives and/or projects into this year’s awards.
With the first round of judging complete, 151 entries (70 unique marketing initiatives) make up the 2016 finalists. View the full list of finalists.
Leading the way is Vodafone NZ, which has been recognised as a finalist nine times, followed closely behind by Fisher & Paykel Healthcare and Eat My Lunch, each with eight nods, and API Consumer Brands NZ with seven spots.
The TVNZ NZ Marketing Awards, celebrating their 25th year, are a celebration of everything that makes marketing great in New Zealand and beyond. It is also the only awards programme dedicated to recognising and rewarding excellence and thought leadership in the essential business practice and discipline of marketing.
New Convenor of judge Steve Bridges, Managing Director of Bridges Marketing Consultancy says: “It is great to see a record number of entries received this year and I would like to thank all those who entered and congratulate everyone who has made it as a finalist. The judges had their work cut out for them and I am excited about seeing the entries that are victorious this year.” Last year’s Awards night was a sell-out and tickets are now on sale for this year’s Awards evening taking place on Thursday 1 September at The Langham, Auckland. Bookings can be made online now.
